CHECK IN
Digitalization of the check in
1.- By signing the documentation on a previously sanitized electronic device at the reception desk, avoiding the use of stationery.
2.- Or proceeding to check in prior to arrival (from your device).
INFORMATION AT RECEPTION AND ROOMS
The information of all the welcome hotel offer will be presented from QR codes placed at the reception and in each of the rooms, thus avoiding the use of physical supports.
DISINFECTION
PERSONNEL: Hydroalcoholic gel in all common areas of the Inn and in the Restaurant.
COMMON AREAS: The frequency of cleaning of the common areas is increased. It is carried out according to a strict and recordable protocol. The bactericidal disinfectant detergent SUMA PLUS D10, approved by health, is the final product on all surfaces.
CLOTHING: The cleaning of bed and bath linen is done by washing at 70ºC and the sanitary barrier between clean and dirty linen is guaranteed.
FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES:
Carpets are removed from the rooms.
The curtains of the rooms and common areas will be sprayed daily with disinfectant.
Room cards are disinfected with ultraviolet lamps.
NATURAL VENTILATION
COMMON AREAS: It is done more frequently (minimum 4 times a day).
CAFETERIA / BISTROT: It is done before and after each service.
RESTAURANT: It is done before and after each service.
HALL: It is done more frequently (minimum 4 times a day).
ROOMS: It is done during the morning cleaning period.
